Introduction
There have been many missing parcels and letters from Deutsche Post & DHL however this report concentrates on the most expensive missing items because the other losses are not worth complaining about. All lost deliveries were reported to Deutsche Post & DHL however there have been no refund or reimburse on the items not correctly delivered to Mauro by Deutsche Post & DHL, proven that Deutsche Post & DHL are criminal enterprises.
1. Problem:
30.10.2019 at 15:17 pm, my Deutsche Post & DHL parcel which contained a Garmin forerunner 935 watch which cost 353,99 euros. Deutsche Post & DHL supposedly delivered the parcel to the Hartwig Jewellery however Mauro has never received his parcel with his Garmin forerunner 935. Mauro has followed all the complaints proceedings however nothing was done to find a solution for the missing parcel.

2. Problem:
Supplement delivery, which was never delivered to me. Even though I changed my delivery home address with Deutsche Post & DHL, they sent my delivery to the older home address, which once again Mauro’s delivery service went missing. Deutsche Post & DHL system failed to work, costing Mauro 60 euros.

2. Problem:
29.04.2020 – Mauro bought some victims for his grandmother who was sick. Mauro packed it and purchased a label from Deutsche Post & DHL. Mauro went to my local shop at Berliner Kiosk Oranienburger Str. 87 10178 Berlin and gave the parcel to the man working there. Mauro requested a ticket receipt however the man told me we would not need it as it would go automatically into the Deutsche Post & DHL tracking system and Mauro could track the parcel however there is no track of it in the app tracking system.
01.04.2020 – Mauro went to the shop at Berliner Kiosk Oranienburger Str. 87 10178 Berlin and reported that the parcel was not being tracked in the Deutsche Post & DHL app system and the man working there told Mauro it would take a few days until they processed it.
03.05.2020 – There is no trace of the parcel in the app tracking system.
09.02.2021 – Deutsche Post & DHL never delivered the victims for his grandmother.
Total cost of delivery was 32 Euros.
