Policy

Mauro documented these policies in a chronological order. One injustice case leads to the next injustice case which proves that by no means these cases are matters of coincidence.

There is a mafia using psychological terror tactics against Mauro. Techniques of organised stalking have been used in an attempt to silence Mauro however in the process he managed to document the injustices and the aim is to create policies to protect other vulnerable individuals.

There have been multiple tactics of psychological intimidation and manipulation used against Mauro. Their aim is to confuse the victim in a way that it’s impossible for the victim’s complaints to be authentic.

These organised criminals are smart, they are able to penetrate in all levels of the society. One of these is to force the victim to initiate a complaint in a not organised way, which gives them grounds to dismiss the case. Even if the claim has evidence and ground, these criminals are able to overturn the evidence and dismiss the case. As a result, the target is labelled as dishonest or mentally disable.

These tactics have been used in an attempt to intimidate Mauro; following on foot, by car and public transportation, crowding in public space saying insults in order to initiate conflict, sharing personal information in public settings in order to create confrontation,  target outside residence,  stealing and vandalism of possessions.

Mauro is a foreign national therefore the criminal intimidation and manipulations are focused on using Mauro as an ”enemy of the nation” which essentially is a false label as Mauro has chosen Germany, not the way around. Mauro has the potential to live in the entire Europe, UK, Brazil and in the USA. Mauro believed in the German people and government however Mauro knows that there are bad people all around the world. It’s unfortunate, he found these terrible human beings right at the beginning of his life in Germany.

These are the organised stalking tactics used by Mauro’s ex-partner mafia in Berlin. These matters should be investigated seriously, as Mauro was told that if he pursued justice, he would end up getting killed by these organised mafia.

“I’m for truth, no matter who tells it. I’m for justice, no matter who it is for or against. I’m a human being, first and foremost, and as such I’m for whoever and whatever benefits humanity as a whole.” Malcolm X.

“As my sufferings mounted I soon realised that there were two ways in which I could respond to my situation — either to react with bitterness or seek to transform the suffering into a creative force. I decided to follow the latter course.” Martin Luther King Jr.

“No one is born hating another person because of the colour of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.” Nelson Mandela.

“It’s the action, not the fruit of the action, that’s important. You have to do the right thing. It may not be in your power, may not be in your time, that there’ll be any fruit. But that doesn’t mean you stop doing the right thing. You may never know what results come from your action. But if you do nothing, there will be no result.” Mahatma Gandhi.

“If I were to remain silent, I’d be guilty of complicity.” Albert Einstein.
